Game License Agreement
When installing the game, each user is obliged to read and agree to the license agreement. This document regulates the rules for using the game, specifying what is allowed and what is prohibited. Its main goal is to ensure that the game is fair, safe and exciting for all participants.Ignorance of the rules is no excuse, and in case of their violation, the administration reserves the right to block the account.
Types of blocking applied by the administration:
In the character selection menu, the reason for the ban and the punishment period will be indicated on a specific character;
Only the reason for the ban will be indicated on the character. The character remains blocked, without the possibility of deleting it to create a new one;
On the server selection page there will be a window with a ban notification. Accordingly, access to all game servers is lost;
You won’t be able to play the game even with a new account. When you create a new account, the ban will come automatically.
The choice of punishment depends on the severity of the violation, the frequency of such actions and their impact on other participants in the game.
How can a player get into the risk zone and get banned?
The game administration does not engage in mass searches for violators, with the exception of the anti-cheat, which automatically detects the use of third-party software, such as cheats.
However, most violations are recorded thanks to complaints from other players. If someone notices a violation, they can file a complaint through the game’s built-in system or contact the administration directly. After receiving a complaint, the administration checks it and, if necessary, analyzes game logs to confirm the fact of the violation. If the violation is confirmed, a decision is made on the appropriate punishment. The more accurate and justified the complaint, the higher the likelihood of punishment for the violator.
P.S. Don’t abuse complaints about others. And don’t be surprised if the project administration doesn’t respond to your complaints. Believe me, they have enough to do without you.
Where can I read the full agreement?
The current version of the license agreement can be found on the game page on Steam and VK Play.
What is this section about?
In this section, we will look at the key points of the license agreement that are important for every player to know. The information is based on personal experience and stories of other participants, and is not an official interpretation. We strive to help you better understand the basic rules and their consequences.
According to the points of the personal account, the user is prohibited from:
You cannot sell the game itself or its parts (for example, mutant models, characters or music), share it on the Internet, rent it out or make money with the game without the developers’ permission. For example, you cannot put the game in an Internet cafe and charge money for its use.
Your game account is yours alone. It cannot be sold or transferred to other people. Violating this rule will result in a lifetime ban. Usually, such cases are detected thanks to the observation of other players: when the behavior, style of play or voice of one character changes abruptly. In this case, they can collect information about the player and send it to the administration for verification.
The main thing to understand is that this restriction is primarily intended to protect you from unwanted consequences!
Risks when transferring an account:
Risks of using someone else’s account:
Conclusion: Sharing an account is a direct violation of the rules and a source of many problems. To avoid blocking and data loss, use only your account and do not share it with others.
It is prohibited to attempt to reverse engineer the game, access its source code, modify or decompile it, or create derivative works based on this data. This includes any attempt to modify the game files, add new content, or “copy” the game.
For example, you cannot take the game files, modify them to add a new mode, character, location, or other content, and then post the modified version online. Any attempt to tamper with the game code is a violation of the license agreement and may result in legal liability.
It is prohibited to remove, disable or bypass any restrictions set by the developers. This includes attempts to bypass paid elements of the game or use them without purchasing.
For example, you are trying to access paid character customization elements (unique clothing or skins) using third-party software or game vulnerabilities.
It is prohibited to export, re-export or distribute the game (or its adapted versions) in violation of applicable laws and regulations. This rule is especially relevant for countries under international sanctions or restrictions.
It is prohibited to independently translate the game into other languages, as well as distribute the created translations.
For example, you cannot take the game’s text files, translate them into another language, and publish your translation online or offer it to other players. Translating the game without the developers’ permission violates copyright. Use the game only in officially available language versions.
It is prohibited to use programs that give you game advantages, as well as to advertise, sell or transfer such programs to other users.
The built-in anti-cheat system (Easy Anti-Cheat) detects the use of third-party software. If a violation is recorded, the player receives an automatic ban “on hardware”. The ban is not appealable. Technical support for the game does not consider such cases, since it does not influence the decisions of the anti-cheat. If you are sure that you have not violated the rules, you can contact the technical support of the anti-cheat directly.
In addition, suspicious activity may be noticed by other players. If they send a complaint to the game administration, the suspect’s game logs may be reviewed manually by the administration. If the use of third-party software is confirmed, the offender’s account will be blocked.
For example, you found a program that automatically aims for you in a shooter (“aimbot”), and started using it, while simultaneously sharing a link to download it among your friends. Not only is it prohibited to use, but also to advertise such a program (in the game chat, on forums, on social networks such as Discord, VKontakte, Facebook, YouTube, and others). This will inevitably lead to blocking your account or device. Play fairly and avoid third-party programs.
It is prohibited to use third-party programs that imitate player actions to automate the game process. This includes any programs that perform the same actions for you (collecting resources, completing tasks, upgrading skills, etc.). Advertising, selling, and transferring such programs to other users is also prohibited.
How is the use of such programs detected?
Example of violation:You are using a program that automatically collects resources, mines ore, catches fish, spins slot machines, smelts ore, upgrades weapons at the shooting range… All of these actions violate the rules.
Conclusion: Using software to automate your gaming process (even if it does not interfere with other players) is a violation of the license agreement. It will result in the loss of your account. Play fairly and avoid using third-party software.
It is forbidden to use bugs (errors) and vulnerabilities of the game for personal gain. If you find a bug, you are obliged to report it to the administration, and not exploit it.
Example of violation:You have found a way to duplicate resources (duplicate) thanks to a bug in the game mechanics. Using this, you get rich: sell duped items to NPCs or other players, and buy valuable things with the money you get.
What can abuse lead to?
Violators often give themselves away through excessive activity – mass sales, suspicious accumulation of resources, or rapid progress, which attracts the attention of other players and the administration.
Not only violators are subject to ban, but also those who were associated with them. For example, if you bought duped items or participated in a transaction without even knowing the origin of the resources, you can also be blocked.
Conclusion: Exploiting bugs violates the fairness of the gameplay and may result in the account of all participants involved in the violation being blocked. Be careful when interacting with players whose resources or money are suspicious.
It is prohibited to sell in-game items and currency for real money, as well as to buy them from other players for real money. This applies to any trade transactions where real money is exchanged directly between players, bypassing the game developers.
This restriction is introduced to protect players from unfair transactions that may result in the loss of money or valuable items. Instead of buying in-game items from other players for real money, it is recommended to purchase donation items in the game store (for example, a repair kit or a class change certificate) and sell them for in-game currency to other players. This way, you will be able to get the desired items, support the game developers and avoid the risk of losing your resources.
Conclusion: Trading real money for in-game items and currency is against the rules of the game and may result in your account being blocked. Instead, support the developers in a fair way through official donations.
It is prohibited to use the game or its elements in any way not provided for in this Agreement. This includes any actions that go beyond the normal use of the game.
Example of violation:You may not use images or materials from the game in advertising, commercial projects or other purposes without the permission of the developers.
Players often express their emotions, which sometimes leads to insults and unfounded criticism. However, it is important to remember that criticism should be constructive, not derogatory. The game administration closely monitors the behavior of users and does not allow disrespect towards them. Such actions may result in blocking of the account.
Example of violation:You wrote in the game chat: “The developers are scammers, they stole my money.” If this is false information, you have violated the rules of the game.
Conclusion: Mutual respect is important to maintain a healthy atmosphere in the game. Be careful in your statements and try to criticize constructively, avoiding insults and false statements.
It is prohibited to interfere with official game broadcasts (information about which is published on the game’s resources), as well as streams supported by the game administration. This includes actions aimed at interfering with streamers during their gameplay, such as hunting for streamers with the aim of ruining their plans or intentional sabotage.
Example of violation:You find out that a popular streamer is playing a game and you intentionally follow them in the game to interfere with their actions. This is a violation.
Who are “administration supported streamers”?
There is currently no official list of streamers supported by the game’s administration. However, there are streamers whose names are mentioned in the credits of the game itself, as well as users with the “creators” role on the game’s official Discord server. This is more of a symbolic designation, and most of these streamers have not created content for the game for a long time.
In practice, there have been no cases of bans for “streamsniping” so far. If a non-supported streamer tries to intimidate you with the threat of a ban, don’t worry.
However, if a streamer is interacting with game administration live (for example, interviewing), it is better to refrain from appearing in their frame or doing anything that could be perceived as provocative. In such situations, everything happens in plain sight, and the risk of causing a negative reaction increases.
Conclusion: Maintain fair play and respect streamers, especially if they have the support of the administration. Interfering with streams or deliberately interfering with someone else’s game may result in penalties.
Abuse is the exploitation of weaknesses in game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage or to interfere with the gameplay of other players. The most common examples of abuse occur on a server with the option to disable PvP (on no-PK servers), where players can use their invulnerability to cause problems for others.
Examples of abuse:
For example, you stand in the passage and do not allow other players to leave the room, stand in front of the sight, preventing them from interacting with objects (bags, forges, warehouses, NPCs) or attacking mobs.
When in neutral mode (no-PK) or on a faction account, you stand in front of the crosshair so that the player cannot attack the enemy, since he cannot damage an ally (without risking losing reputation) or a neutral player (since he is immortal).
For example, you get in the crosshairs of a faction member farming Phalanx so that he accidentally loses reputation, and thus you can kill him with impunity.
For example, in no-PK mode, a player cannot take damage from other players. Attempts to kill such a player with chemical grenades or artifacts (i.e. bypassing the usual method of killing) are also a violation.
Consequences of abuse:If you use abuse to harm other players, they, knowing the rules of the game, can record the violation and report it to the administration. In this case, the violation will be considered, and the players using abuse will be punished.
Conclusion: Using vulnerabilities and exploits to disrupt gameplay or interfere with other players is unfair play. Violators may be blocked by the game administration.
Intentional impact on game servers and other game resources with the purpose of damaging them, reducing their performance or other destructive actions is prohibited. This includes DDoS attacks, hacking, as well as any other attempts to disable the servers.
Example of violation:You have decided to launch a DDoS attack on a game server in order to disrupt game activity or damage the server for the benefit of other players or to take revenge on the developers. This is a violation.
Conclusion: Attacks on game servers or any attempts to disrupt their operation are serious violations that may lead to legal consequences and blocking of your account.
You cannot agree with another player to lose to you specifically to achieve some goal.
Penalty for violation:
For fake fights, as a rule, a punishment is provided in the form of a temporary blocking of the character for a period of up to one month. For the punishment to be applied, it is enough for someone to record the fact of the violation (for example, with a screenshot or video) and send it to the game administration.
Examples of violations:
A player of one faction specifically allows a player of another faction to kill his character in order to gain reputation or chevrons. Such an agreement between players is obvious and easily recorded.
Players from different factions take turns capturing fortifications, avoiding combat and not damaging each other. This is done in order to farm PvP points without actual combat.
A player deliberately aids an opposing faction, such as by leaking information about the location of allied players or their equipment.
Result:Fixing fights violates the rules of the game and seriously affects the balance, destroying fair competitive interaction. The game administration strictly punishes such actions, so it is better to avoid such situations.
This phrase means that in case of sanctions (ban), the game administration:
What to expect when contacting the administration?
If you have been blocked, your attempts to request clarification may go unanswered. This is especially likely in the following cases:
The administration may consider your requests unfounded if you have already violated the rules more than once.
Insults, threats or obscene language in the message may result in your request being ignored. In extreme cases, you may be blacklisted, which will prevent you from contacting the administration.
Bottom line: Before filing a complaint or requesting clarification, make sure your message is written politely and reasonably. Remember that the game administration has the right not to provide feedback, even if you consider the sanctions unfair.
Restrictive measures for toxic behavior in the game
In February 2021, the game administration announced a fight againsttoxic behavior among players.
Players who engage in direct insults, humiliate the honor and dignity of others by using foul language in a rude manner, or incite ethnic hatred will be subject to blocking.
What is meant by blocking?
Important:
What to do if you encounter a toxic player?
These measures are aimed at creating a comfortable atmosphere in the game. Use complaints reasonably and respect other members of the gaming community!
Ban of the clan leader
The clan leader is a public figure who is responsible not only for his actions, but also for the entire clan, including all its members. His behavior and actions reflect the clan’s reputation. If the leader violates the rules of the game, this puts the future of the entire clan at risk.
The game administration does not support violators and does not make concessions in such situations. Therefore, you should not count on transferring clan management rights from a banned character to another player.
What happens to a clan if the leader gets banned?
For low-level clans, the consequences may not be so critical – players can create a new clan, transfer resources and start over. But for high-level clans, this can lead to a complete “freeze” of activity.
How to protect yourself and your clan?
If you doubt that you can avoid violations, transfer the rights to the clan to another character (for example, a twink that you play less often).
Violations by clan members can have a negative impact on the leader. Even if he was not aware of the violations, responsibility still falls on him.
The head of the clan is not just an organizer, but also a representative of the clan, on whose actions the fate of all participants depends.
A moment of humor…
