Mikhalych’s Map
Looking at Mikhalych’s table (Solnechnoe), you can see a map. Also, a similar map, after updating the Black Sunset camp, appeared on Valera Bonus’ table.
On this map, the caches where you can find the following loot are marked in red:
M1-8– a bag in the gorge – [2] sulfur, [2] matches, [10] precious metal, [2] large first aid kit, [20] 9×39 cartridges, [1] plastic bottle;

Radio teleports (anomaly “Radio”)
The map shows the game’s main radio teleports and where they lead.
All other teleports you may encounter are random and are thrown within a couplesquaresfrom themselves. They are often used to “escape” from respawn from “enemies”.
The teleport to E11-4 is semi-random. If you enter it unsuccessfully, you may be thrown onto the roof of the bus near the warehouse in Korovye village, which will be fatal. To successfully use this teleport, enter it at exactly 120°.
