While exploring the Rogue Wasteland location and completing quests there, you will need to restore an Expedition Outpost.
Later on, similar outposts will be found in other major locations.

The Outpost primarily serves as a respawn point: if you die nearby, you can respawn at the nearest outpost.
Additionally, a teleport is located next to every outpost, making it a convenient base of operations and a staging point.

Outposts can be unlocked and upgraded. As the level increases (from 1 to 3), their functionality gradually expands. The cost of unlocking and upgrading outposts varies depending on the location and level.

To unlock or upgrade an outpost, approach the special board near the outpost building and interact with it.
Make sure that all necessary resources are in your character’s backpack — resources in personal storage do not count.
*It is recommended to unlock all outposts to at least level 1 to gain access to basic functions — the Workbench and Storage.

The table below provides general information on outposts: which features unlock at each level and what resources are required for upgrading, depending on the region.
