Server selection
When choosing a game server, you need to consider the following parameters: location, load, and server type (normal / No-PK).
Server locationdirectly affects ping (response time). The closer the server is to your region, the lower the delay will be, which will have a positive effect on the gameplay. You can view the delay to the server directly in the game itself (when you create a character and start playing. It will be indicated in the upper right corner of the screen). Don’t be surprised if you see KAZ-1 in the list of Steam servers. This is a test server for the game administration, not available to regular players. 😉
Server loaddisplays the number of active players at the moment. High load provides the opportunity to interact with a larger number of participants, more intense wars in PVP locations and interesting joint PVE activities. However, this can also complicate access to spots for leveling up a character and collecting resources (there will be too much competition). With low load, such problems do not arise, but interaction with other players will be limited.

There are two types of servers available in Will To Live Online:
No-PK servers, in other words – “Player versus environment”.
