What affects XP gain?
- When grinding mobs, the difference between your HP and the enemy’s HP matters: the stronger the enemy, the more XP you get. You can determine the farming efficiency by the mob’s color:
- Green — the mob is weak, minimal XP;
- Yellow — optimal balance;
- Red — maximum XP, but the fight will be tough.
- Premium — +15% XP for quests, crafting, and kills;
- Clan bonuses — skills for fast learning give +3–10% for killing mobs, and the PvP perk gives +5% for killing players;
- Class skills — for example, up to +15% for the Engineer;
- Day/Night cycle — increased XP for quests, crafting, and kills from 22:00 to 05:30 in-game time.

How does leveling up affect the character?


- More skill points: each level grants 1 point to unlock general and class skills;
- Additional stat points on every 5th (or 10th) level;
- Increases maximum stamina;
- Increases maximum health;
- Increases maximum carry weight (up to lvl 30);
- Unlocks the ability to use more powerful weapons, improved armor, and more advanced equipment;
- Grants access to higher-level locations.

Analysis of the required XP growth pattern by levels
Below is a graph illustrating the dependence of the character level (1 to 50) on the amount of XP required to level up:

The graph clearly shows that the distribution of XP required to level up is uneven. At the same time, reaching levels 35 and 50 happens faster due to a decrease (slower growth) in the required XP.
We can try to find a mathematical model. For this, the following are usually applied:
- Polynomial functions (e.g., quadratic or cubic).
- Exponential functions (growth of the form y=a⋅b^x).
Both models describe XP growth well, but the exponential one is better suited for displaying the sharp increase at high levels.

Prospects for introducing character level 100
The game files already contain data for character leveling from 1 to 100. However, there is no point in dwelling on this in detail, since the developers do not plan to raise the current 50-level cap.
For the curious: upon reaching level 100, the character would receive 59 skill points and 13 stat points. Reaching level 50 requires 12,374,792,359 XP (from level 50 to 100 – 12,298,510,995 XP).
